CrossFit
Our CrossFit classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners
to experienced athletes. In CrossFit, you will experience a combination of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises, which will help improve your *strength, **endurance, and **overall fitness*. Each class is varied, ensuring no two workouts are the same, making it a fun and effective way to get fit.
Shred
*NEW ADDITION!*
The Shred class is our newest offering, focusing on *strength and conditioning* without the complexity of advanced CrossFit movements like barbell snatches, overhead squats, or gymnastics. It’s a great way to tone up, challenge yourself, and stay active. Shred is designed to be enjoyable and accessible to everyone, making it a fantastic option for parents waiting for their kids who want to join a class that’s fun yet effective.
*Schedule*: Weekdays at 4:30 p.m.
Kids Classes
Our Kids Classes are divided into two age groups:
- *Ages 7-10*: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m.
- *Ages 11-15*: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:30 p.m.
These classes are designed to help children develop *agility, strength, power, balance, coordination, speed, and flexibility*. Our goal is to create a fun and supportive environment where kids of all levels can grow into strong, healthy individuals.
Specialized Classes
For those looking to take their fitness journey to the next level, we offer specialized classes that can be paid per session or through a separate package. These classes focus on specific areas of training:
Bodyweight Specialist
Focused on mastering *bodyweight movements* and *gymnastics for adults*, this class is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their control over their own body and develop gymnastic skills like handstands, muscle-ups, and more.
*Schedule*: Monday at 9:30 a.m. & Thursday at 8:00 p.m.
Strongman
Train like a Strongman! This class works on developing *explosive power* *strength* *speed* through functional movements like carrying, lifting, and pressing heavy objects.
*Schedule*: Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
Hyrox
Hyrox is a unique combination of functional fitness and endurance.
This class is ideal for those who want to improve their overall fitness and test their endurance through a mix of *running* *rowing* *cardio-based* functional movements.
